With over 20+years of experience spanning luxury property management, sales and business development, she brings a rare mix of strategic insight and people-first leadership to everything she does. Known for her calm confidence and meticulous eye for detail, Katie has earned a reputation for delivering premium outcomes without ever losing the personal touch. Her foundation in marketing and advertising allows her to think broadly while executing with precision. At her core, Katie is a relationship builder. She leads with integrity, listens with intention and brings clarity to what can often be a complex process. Nicholas James is the co-founder and principal licensee at Veridian Asset Management, with more than 20 years of global experience across property, finance, and manufacturing. He began his career in sales and leasing with leading real estate firm Max Christmas, before expanding his professional and life experience throughout Australasia, North America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent – shaping a truly international perspective.
In Australia, Nicholas has built a strong track record in property development across Queensland and New South Wales, with projects including Cedar Creek, Seven Legends, Pappy’s Beach, and Metroplex – collectively delivering around 500 products. He is also recognised for his entrepreneurial ventures and leadership, having founded and scaled businesses such as Zero Waste Agro-Organics (an agro-tech company later acquired by Rallis India–TATA & Sons) and Global Road Technologies (India’s largest road reclamation company and a key supplier of eco-friendly dust suppression and soil stabilisation solutions).
Nicholas has a proven ability to transform startups into successful enterprises, with expertise in opportunity identification, team building, complex project management, and creating long-term value for stakeholders.
